Dr. Mohammad Hossein Emadi, a keynote speaker at the CSC2004, will deliver a speech titled "Water Scarcity, Climate Change, and Food Systems in the Middle East and Iran: Opportunities and Challenges." Dr. Emadi holds a doctorate in development systems from the University of Sydney and serves as a permanent representative and former ambassador of Iran to the FAO and WFP organizations. He is also a university consultant and lecturer in China.
